Summerfest Grounds for
uttering the "Seven
Words You Can Never
Say on Television."
Carlin was charged with
Disorderly Conduct. The
charges were later
dismissed in court.
Wendy O. Williams
Wendy O. Williams, lead singer for the punk rock band the Plasmatics
was arrested January 19, 1981 after simulating sex on the stage of the
Palms nightclub during a performance. She resisted arrest while
being taken into custody which is reflected in her mugshot. Her
claims of police brutality were later found to be baseless.
Former NBA star Charles Barkley was
arrested in Milwaukee on December 21,
1991 for allegedly breaking the nose of
a man outside of a Water Street tavern.
